Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Certain items (such as perfumes, personal care products, or hygiene-related items) cannot be returned once opened, for safety reasons.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item or defective product).

Damaged or Wrong Items
