Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items (such as perfumes, personal care products, or hygiene-related items) cannot be returned once opened, for safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item or defective product).

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange a product (for size, color, or model), please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Wrong Items
